Free 10-minute HCF Heart and Diabetes Health Check*

HCF Tweed Heads will be providing a free 10-minute HCF Heart and Diabetes Health Check, delivered by Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, from 29 September – 1 October 2025, 9am to 3.30pm.*

The check can measure your risk levels of having a cardiovascular event and can indicate whether you have type 2 diabetes or if you’re pre-diabetic. Appointments are limited and open to HCF members and non-members.
